Move #1 Commencement of Tai Chi

Objective:

Feet are in proper directions

from start to end positions


Extra Stretching:

For opening the joints, careful not to over stretch the tendons.      

At the end position reach out forward at shoulder height with right hand to feel the back stretching.

Self Assessment:

After doing the move 10 times how many times can you reach the objective? 

If you can reach the following objective 5 times or more you can go to the next move.
