Move # 2 Left Grasp Bird's Tail

Objective:

Proper stepping


Extra Stretching:

For opening the joints, careful not to over stretch the tendons.      

Sink weight down into front leg hip-joint and extend left arm forward and up.

Self Assessment:

After doing the move 10 times how many times can you reach the objective? 

If you can reach the following objective 5 times or more you can go to the next move.   

  1. Feet are in proper directions

  2. Correct stepping
